Functional Circuit Testing (FCT)
Functional circuit testing verifies the operation of the device under test (DUT) under simulated real operating conditions based on customer-defined requirements. Testing can be performed using customer-supplied interfaces or custom-developed test solutions, depending on product complexity and production volume.
Programming Services
We provide programming services for microcontrollers and programmable devices as part of the manufacturing process. Programming can be performed during PCB assembly or final assembly and includes firmware flashing, serial number handling and verification of successful programming.
Custom Test Fixtures & Test Engineering
For series production and higher test throughput, we support the development of custom programming and test fixtures, including bed-of-nails solutions. Test fixture development is carried out in close cooperation with our test engineers, enabling reliable hardware and software solutions fully integrated into the manufacturing process.
Inspection & Verification
Testing and programming are supported by inspection processes, including 3D AOI for component placement and solder joint verification, as well as X-ray inspection for hidden solder joints such as BGAs.
