Description of the project content:

Albacomp EA Kft. has established a small solar power plant on the property located at 2431 Perkáta, areas 1746; 1747; 1748; 1749; 1750. The small solar power plant has a capacity of 499 kW and consists of fixed solar panels. The power plant can generate approximately 600 MWh per year. Its planned lifespan is 30 years. The main components to be purchased as part of the investment are: solar panels for generating electricity, inverters for converting direct current, fixed support structures for the solar panels, a transformer station connected to the 22 kV network, security systems for the protection of the power plant, a monitoring system for the power plant's production, and a monitoring container for the security and monitoring system. Installation of AC-DC assemblies, distribution boxes, field collection cabinets, lightning protection and fire protection systems, and fencing, gates, and outdoor lighting for the physical protection of the power plant. The investment was realized with the help of a preferential loan from MFB Bank and support from the European Union.

Description of the project content:

The 4 pieces of equipment to be purchased under the project (Injet 888 CRD-1F type washer, ABH N3/5.0 nitrogen generator, KIC thermal profile tester, ERSA selective soldering system) will support the achievement of two main objectives: 1. This will enable a significantly higher quality service to be provided and will increase the manufacturing/production capacity, which may even lead to entry into new markets, thus increasing the domestic manufacturing/production potential, competitiveness and export capacity of the company.

Description of the project content:

The panel management system procured under the project has enabled us to achieve two main objectives. Firstly, we have been able to replace the majority of manual work on our SMT production line, thus eliminating human error and providing a significantly better quality service. On the other hand, the automation of the SMT production line, i.e. the elimination of manual work, has also led to a significant increase in efficiency. By achieving these two goals (quality improvement, efficiency increase), the profitability of ALBACOMP EA Elektronika Kft. will increase and we hope to enter markets (e.g. automotive) where we could not enter with our previous technology.

Description of the project content:

Albacomp EA Ltd. was established to provide high quality manufacturing, assembly and design services to its partners in the medical, industrial, automotive electronics, security and communications fields in Hungary and Europe. The main activity of the company is the insertion of surface mount (SMD) electronic components.

With the help of the grant, we have purchased a new paste printer, which has significantly increased our capacity to paste PCBs with smaller component sizes than we currently do, faster, with greater accuracy and better quality. Technologically, we have become more modern and competitive, further strengthening our presence in foreign markets, especially in Western Europe. This has enabled us to keep jobs and create new ones.

This has enabled us to keep jobs and create new ones.
